Reedline - Frequently Asked Questions
What is Reedline?
A Pixelsprout original arcade game. You swing a lantern between reeds over a night pond and try to keep a chain of catches going.
How do I score?
Each catch is worth 10 points. A catch near the center of the reed is a perfect and adds a chain bonus on top.
What is a perfect?
The lantern has to land close to the hook, not just anywhere on the reed. Perfects in a row raise the chain. A wider catch still counts, but the chain goes back to zero.
Why did I miss?
The lantern was released too early, too late, or it flew past the pond. The swing speeds up as the score climbs, so the window gets shorter.
Is there a win?
There is no last level. The run ends when you miss. The score, and the best saved in this browser, are what you chase.
Does it save?
Your best score stays in this browser under a local key. Clearing the site data clears the score.
Is it free, and does it work on a phone?
Yes. Nothing to install. Tap to play. It also works with Space or Enter on a keyboard.
