Nectarjar - Frequently Asked Questions
What is Nectarjar?
A Pixelsprout original puzzle. You drop glowing nectar orbs into a jar and fuse matching sizes before the pile spills.
How do I score?
Each fuse scores from the new form. Dew into petal is the smallest jump. A moonpear is the biggest. Bigger fuses are worth more than several small ones.
What are the forms?
Dew, petal, berry, blossom, hive, lantern, then moonpear. You only fuse two of the same form. A moonpear stays as it is.
Why did the run end?
An orb rested above the dashed line long enough for the jar to spill. Bumping the pile can also shove a small orb over the line.
Can I see the next orb?
Yes. The next orb sits to the right of the jar while you aim. Use it to decide whether to drop on the left or the right.
Does it save my score?
Your best score stays in this browser under a local key. Clearing site data clears the score. There is no account.
Is it free, and does it work on a phone?
Yes. Nothing to install. Tap to aim and drop. A keyboard works too.
Is this a copy of another jar game?
No. Nectarjar is an original Pixelsprout puzzle with its own forms, scoring, and night-jar setting.
