Dot Link Puzzle - Connect the Dots Controls - How to Play (Desktop & Mobile)

Dot Link Puzzle is played almost entirely with the mouse. There is no keyboard control to learn, and the buttons around the board handle everything else.

Desktop controls

Press and hold the left mouse button on one colored dot, then drag through the neighboring squares to the dot of the same color and let go. Lines move one square at a time through adjacent cells. I did not see any keyboard controls or a written tutorial in the game.

Mobile controls

I played with a mouse and did not see a separate touch control scheme on screen. The drag-from-dot-to-dot action is the same idea on a touch screen, but I did not test it on a phone, so check how it feels on your own device.

Tips

• Under the board you will find UNDO, RESET and HINT buttons, plus LAST LEVEL and NEXT LEVEL to move between levels.
• The gear icon at the top opens a SETTINGS window with MUSIC and SOUNDS switches, both on by default, and a CLOSE button.
• Below the game there are Fullscreen, favorite and share controls if you want a bigger board.
• When a level ends, a LEVEL COMPLETE popup shows your move count and a NEXT LEVEL button, so you do not need to hunt for the next board.
