Dot Link Puzzle - Connect the Dots

Dot Link Puzzle is a calm, turn-based grid puzzle where you draw a line between each pair of matching colored dots and fill the whole board. These tips come from playing the first Basic levels and a Blockers level, and they focus on planning rather than speed.
- Start with the dots that sit close to an edge or corner. Their paths have the fewest options, so drawing them first keeps the middle of the board open for the harder pairs.
- Run lines along the outer edge of the grid when you can. An edge route uses cells that no other color wants, and it leaves a clean block of space in the center.
- Before you drag, trace the whole route in your head. A path that looks fine for three squares can seal off another color's dot a few squares later.
- Every cell has to be covered, so watch for lonely empty cells. If one empty square is cut off from every line, the board cannot reach 100% fill and you need to rethink an earlier path.
- Leave narrow corridors for pairs that still have to cross the board. If a corridor is only one cell wide, save it for the color that really needs it.
- Use UNDO instead of RESET when only the last line is wrong. Undo steps back one move, while reset wipes the board and costs you the progress you already planned.
- The HINT button showed a red badge with the number 5 when I first opened a level, so hints are limited. Try the board yourself first and keep hints for the bigger grids.
There is no timer in this game, so slow down and plan each color before you drag. Most of my wins came from picking the order of the lines, not from clever drawing.
