Moonbloom Controls - How to Play (Desktop & Mobile)

Moonbloom has very few controls: pick a column, then drop. Here is what worked for me on desktop.

Desktop controls

Click a column with the mouse to drop the seed in your hand there. On the keyboard, Right Arrow, A and D moved the highlighted column, and Enter dropped the seed. Space also dropped a seed. The page says Left and Right then Enter works too. Up Arrow, Down Arrow and S did nothing that I could see.

Mobile controls

The game text says to tap a column to drop. I played in a desktop browser, where a mouse click on a column worked, and I did not see any extra on-screen buttons, so tapping the column should be the whole control scheme on a phone.

Tips

• The thin bar under the evening name fills as you score, so you can track progress without leaving the board.
• Watch the ghost circle while moving the cursor. It shows the landing cell before you commit.
• The question mark button opens the How to grow card, and Back to the garden returns you to the board.
• The music note button sits next to the question mark in the header.
